‘The Mover’ by Catnapp & Modeselektor sets the pace for Willow Smith’s presentation of the new Mugler fragrance

“If you don’t stop, then… I wanna...” sings Catnapp, with sugary hooks rolling over the sharp, bestial synthesizers of Modeselektor, soundtracking Willow Smith’s contorting, mesmeric movements; it was through this harmonious juxtaposition of sound, shape and scent that French brand MUGLER would unveil their new fragrance Alien Goddess Supra Florale at the beginning of July, in a new video conceived by photographer and director Daniel Sannwald. A classic track from Break, Catnapp’s first LP to be released on Monkeytown in 2019, ‘The Mover‘ features heavy bass pressure straight out of Modeselektor’s lab that immediately adds a gust of ardour to an immaculate, still pure scent. A sound with mercurial properties set against a fragrance that smells of jasmine and cactus.
