Modeselektor, one of Berlin’s most original techno acts, are in transition. After years working above the KitKatClub, Gernot Bronsert and Sebastian Szary have moved into a new studio. More than three decades in, with acclaimed releases on cult labels and as part of Moderat, they remain as innovative and curious as ever. In 2025, they will finally release their own edition of the legendary DJ-Kicks series—coinciding with the 30th anniversary of DJ-Kicks and the 40th of !K7 Records.
